Rental Rates
The rental rates below are for renting this property for a one week period from 2 pm on Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday. The rates are payable in Pounds Sterling.

For more than 2 weeks booking in July and August prices are negotiable

Rental Conditions

25% of the total rent is payable upon booking and is non-refundable. Balance is payable eight weeks before arrival. Cancellation arrangements will be discussed depending upon the circumstances.

A clear and detailed rental agreement is available

There is a supplement of £35 for single weeks booked in July and August

Linen and towels are provided.

Cleaning materials are provided.

Guests are kindly asked to leave the premises in the same condition as on arrival.

An inventory will be signed upon arrival. All damages and loss will be paid for.

Important Information when Booking

1. We ask for £100 damage/tidy deposit payable with the final holiday balance.

2. This £100 is then returned in full, 4 weeks after the holiday ends, provided the property is left undamaged and tidy. There is a questionnaire at the property that we request guests fill in so that we can monitor comments and help maintain and improve the standards of the property and the service we offer.

3. The property will be available on the takeover day at 2 pm. We would expect guests to leave on the out going morning by 10 am. We ask for understanding on this point as changeover days do involve considerable housekeeping activities and we like to be able to present you, our guest, with a property in pristine condition.
