We visit the cottage regularly throughout the year. In our absence there is a property manager/caretaker, Mike Hobbs, who lives quietly and unobtrusively on site but is available for any information or help. Guests can be assured that their privacy is paramount. The only time you are likely to see Mike is upon check in and departure and possibly when he checks the pool, normally daily. Previous guests have found this approach works well and is re-assuring.
